AM Health & Beauty Service
We originally ordered the CHI from the above vendor, received it promptly and it was as advertised. However, when it was first used, the CHI did not maintain temperature and a defective switch was detected. After contacting AM Health & Beauty on a Sunday, they replied within a couple of hours and offered to refund or replace the tool. As we just wanted a replacement, they offered to ship us a new one and enclose a return label so we would not have to pay to return the defective product! Something that is almost unheard of these days. I am very impressed by the service of AM Health & Beauty Service and would recommend them as a preferred dealer!

Love this iron!
Bought this iron for my youngest daughter in July and bought my oldest daughter the white and black CHI Zebra in back in February. They are both still working great and they are very happy. My oldest daughters has worn a bit on one side, but I think it is because she uses a ton of spray and product on her hair and I don't think she rinses her hands and it gets sticky, like everything else she touches in the bathroom! My other daughters iron doesn't have that problem. Getting ready to order one for my best friend for Christmas. Highly recommend!

LOVE LOVE LOVE my CHI
This is my second product from CHI and only because my first CHI lasted five years! I saw this and immediately purchase it because it came with the Iron guard and it supported breast cancer awareness. Plus the pink with the black lace is super cute! It's absolutely my favorite iron to straighten or curl my thick unruly hair. :) Highly recommend! You won't regret it!

AMAZING PRODUCT!!
I absolutely LOVE my Chi iron. I've had it for about a month now. It works amazing and it is very stylish. Some people told me to go to a different iron, like a ceramic iron, but I've always dealt with Chi and Paul Mitchell so I didn't want to change. I'm so glad I didn't cause I just absolutely LOVE it. Its the best one I could have gotten. Its supports breast cancer, which is amazing cause my Aunt has been suffering with it for years, and still is. So not only does it work good, its stylish, supports breast cancer, and just in all a great product. If you want to get a Chi flat iron I would definitely recommend this one.

There are a lot of "fake CHI" accusations flying around here. I can assure you, most of the people saying these things are misunderstanding the relevant facts. I'm going to try and break it all down for potential buyers, then I'll give my review of this flat iron, so feel free to skip ahead.First of all, it's important to understand that "CHI" and "CHI Home" are two different brands with different products. They are both by Farouk and both are listed on the Farouk website. The product you are currently reading reviews about is a "CHI Home" product, NOT a "CHI" product."CHI" products include the original "CHI" ceramic flat iron that everyone knows and loves. This original "CHI" and other "CHI" products can only be sold by authorized dealers. These dealers include Ulta, Trade Secret, and many salons that can be looked up on the Farouk website, they cannot be bought on Amazon or Target, etc. There was a lawsuit by Farouk in response to the huge number of...

love the CHI
i have had many a flat irons...expensive, cheap, 1in, 2in etc...and the CHI is the first one i have owned and loved. my hair has never been so soft after use. it heats up and cools down quickly. other flat irons i had to wait at least 30min before i could store it, but the CHI is cool enough to touch after 5 or so minutes. i will definitely buy another later on.
