Minty fresh and sulfate free - 100% Vegan too
I specifically love this shampoo for daily applications. It has a peppermint smell, lathers well and is "lauryl sulfate free". I have medium length hair and it comes clean, plus this shampoo is mainly for moisture so it works well for people living in low humidity climates like Phoenix or Tucson, AZ. Abba promotes it as DEA free and 100% vegan as well. It does, however, have wheat amino acids and starch in it, so I would not recommend it to people that have an acute sensitivity to gluten (Celiacs Disease) - the wheat product may affect your scalp giving you itchy scalp.

great stuff!
i'm on a mission to regrow my below the shoulder, type 3b/c curly hair another 3-4 inches. i decided to use as natural as possible, eco-friendly products...especially no-sulfates! i was using loreal's sulfate-free shampoo but it has so many strange ingredients that it made me a little uncomfortable. because i'd previously used abba scentsations conditioner i decided to try the shampoo. long story short... pure moisture shampoo kept my dry ends soft BEFORE i conditioned. so it's a keeper for me!

Excellent Shampoo!
Hi,I've tried a lot of shampoos (including all-naturals) in my day and while my hair may feel and smell good, I've found that 95% of them leave my scalp dry and itchy, even with conditioning. I came across this shampoo in a salon/ salon supply store and bought both the shampoo and conditioner and have found it to be the BEST shampoo I've ever used. With no sodium laurel/laureth sulfate, yucca, germanium, wild mint and 100% vegan, it give my hair great body a nice tingle to my scalp that prompted me to buy this online when I couldn't find it in the store where I originally purchased it.There's a moisturizing conditioner too, that a wonderful compliment to the shampoo...

Be nice to your hair.
I am stunned by the bad reviews on this. It took me a long time to embrace the sulfate free shampoos, because I demand bubbles...if it doesn't bubble, it seems broken to me despite the science or logic printed on the bottle. I started using this in my salon and on my own head several years ago, and couldn't be happier with the performance. I do think it helps maintain color fairly well, but it's definitely a STAR when it comes to the condition it leaves the hair in. It suds up nicely, detangles and can deal with even the most damaged locks. My one tip is that it is very concentrated, so I mix it in a pump bottle with water in equal parts...making it easier to rinse as well as a better value. This stuff is great if your hair needs recovery. I follow with the corresponding conditioner, also thinned out with water.

Perfect for me
Everyone has different needs for their hair care. I have long, wavy color-treated hair. I wash it only about twice a week. For me, Abba works perfectly. My hair is clean but not stripped, fresh but not perfumed. It lathers less like any other low/no sulfate shampoo. I've tried everything, no expense spared, from eco-friendly products to salon recommendations. This is the ticket for me. This one is worth the try.

BEST DAILY CONDITIONER ON THE PLANET
I have really thin, easily damaged hair. It's awful. And I have been through the whole assortment of professional products, so I feel qualified to tell you that when I use Abba products I do not have a bad hair day. My daughter has beautiful healthy thick hair, and she uses this product as well with the same amazing results. It's botanical, and not tested on animals. Shop around...you shouldn't have to pay more than $25 for a liter. It's worth every penny!

Formerly "Moisture Scentsation" is now available under this new name. Under its old name I purchased it at my favorite salon in Nevada - but since I've moved to OH, I had to search for it online and buy it via the internet. Perfect for me
I have enviable hair, long, wavy, thick, lots of it. It's just on the dry side from living in the desert. This conditioner hits just the right balance of moisture without heaviness or oiliness. My hair is SO soft and the curls stay apart with minimal frizz without the need for any additional products. Just a touch of product now for the frizz, even with air drying. Love the scent... coconut and something else. Love the absence of many common chemicals.

Interesting Scent, Effective for not Fading Hair Color
I use this in combination with the ABBA Color Protect Shampoo. I selected this brand to try because I get highlights and didn't want to worry about my color fading. It does seem to be effective & gentle enough that it cleans and does not fade color but my hair does not feel very hydrated/conditioned after using the shampoo/conditioner set - I think this is alright and I will use the rest of the bottle but I wouldn't repurchase. One thing this conditioner does suggest is to leave on hair for 10-15 minutes under a hair dryer for "extreme conditioning" - maybe this would help my problem with my hair not feeling conditioned enough but that's just not realistic when you're washing your hair at home, I'm not going to condition my hair, get out of the shower, blow dry for 10 min and get BACK in the shower... probably a more realistic tip for salon usage.I'd recommend Brocato Vibracolor or Redken over this brand. Used it for 17 years, and still love it
I've used this product for more than 17 years. My Mom who used to be a hairdresser in Rincon, Puerto Rico, used it on her clients and sell it at her beauty salon. I've moved to Miami, FL 9 years ago, but I managed to find it online since is very difficult to find it locally. I never let my self run out of it, and I always buy in 32 oz size. It is a light leave on conditioner that will not add weight your hair, your hair will not feel oily. I actually use it on my hair and skin, my husband loves it for the skin, and I'm using it on my toddlers hair too. This is one of the few products that I will never switch.

Best leave-in I've used
I've tried a lot of hair products over the years. Nothing feels as good on my curly, thick hair as this leave-in conditioner. It's gentle but thick and moisterizing. It even works on my daughter's hair, which is curly and thick but very fine, it never weighs her hair down. If you're looking for a leave-in you can feel, give this one a try.

More than a Conditioner
This is a great leave-on conditioner. It has no strong perfume smell just fresh and clean. It also makes a nice lotion, it dries non sticky or slippery. Nice on the hands in the dry winter months. Also good on rough skin.
